For those members of the USF community who have multiple university e-mail addresses, you can now change your Official USF E-Mail Address easily through the new USF E-Mail Address module added to your Welcome! portal page. All myUSF messages are sent to your Official USF E-Mail Address.
It is also the e-mail address included in the USF E-Mail Directory.

Hello. I tried to register my official USF email address by using the new module on the welcome page, but couldn’t. When I clicked on the button, there was no response. Could you let me know I can do this? Thanks!

I’m not sure how long this has been happening and my instructors have been sending out e-mails already. I also think there is a problem with my fowarding too. Please help!!!! I know I can count on indi7707@yahoo.com because it is my yahoo e-mail, so if you are able to, contact me through that one. Thanks!

Indiana,
If you are forwarding your email, there will be nothing left in your USF mail account. Everything will be sent to whatever the address is to which you are forwarding. If that is a Yahoo address (as you seem to indicate) then there might be a problem that Yahoo is blocking our forwards due to the suspicion that they are SPAM. We have seen this before with AOL. We strongly recommend that you do not forward email due precisely to this sort of situation. Once the mail is forwarded, you must contact the company who manages the forwarded email account in order to identify the problem. We have no control over their servers, and thus cannot guarantee delivery.
If you wish to stop forwarding email, you can do by going into http://una.acomp.usf.edu and clicking on “mail” on the left-hand menu. There will be an option on the top-right for “edit account options.” Click on this and choose the button for “do not forward email.”
Contact the Help Desk at 974-1222, if you need further assistance.
